She handled every single detail for 16 adults not used to giving up control!” We had airport welcome drinks, private shuttles, luxurious side by side condos, super fun welcome bags, catered breakfasts and stocked bars for happy hours. Collette selected the best rooftop bars by day and the top live bands and dancing by night. A highlight was the sight seeing sing-a-long tour. It was perfect for our super outgoing group of friends. Collette is an expert at reading a group and putting together a plan for a day, an evening, a weekend. She completely manages the specifics so you can be fully present for the celebration. We were tired at the end of our weekend, but we had the time of our lives! "

Events by McCoy did an incredible job for us!!! My company was tasked with hosting an evening of dinner and drinks for homebuilders from all over the country. Stretched thin for time, my limited instructions to Collette were to accentuate our beautiful Low-country surroundings, make the dinner and atmosphere beautiful and the food and drink exceptional. Collette took the ball with limited input and quite honestly, made the evening so much more than I could have ever imagined. The attention to detail in the decor, the amazing food and the creativity left all of my guests effusive in their praise for the evening. I wish I had pages to explain her creativity in turning a ratty pavilion into a cathedral fit for an elegant wedding. I wish you were able to see, smell and taste the Low-country layout of food that we all ravished. No one wanted to leave, and I couldn't take enough pictures of that evening for posterity. I will NEVER use anyone but Events by McCoy for any planning engagement, large or small. Thank you, Thank you Collette and team. It was an unforgettable evening, and all of our guests will hold our island in high regard largely because of you!​

"Back in February I hired Collette and her company Events by McCoy to help me plan my sister’s Bachelorette Trip in Hilton Head South Carolina. Right from the start Collette was great to work with. I gave her ideas of what I was looking to do on the island and as she said on the first itinerary she sent me that she “gave me the whole kitchen sink.” From there, I picked some of the activities and dinners that I thought would be once in a lifetime experiences, and they truly were. I figured having a destination Bachelorette Trip for 21 girls was going to be challenging to plan, but Collette made it easy for me.
